What changes can we make?

There are five different groups of brain exercises. You should do at least one thing every day.

Attitude (Good attitude to life)

This is about being positive. For example, going for a walk even when it is raining.

Mental (Challenge your brain)

This is about making your brain work hard to learn.

Remember! It is important to do brain exercises from the 5 different groups.
